Dan Erdberg

Chairman and CEO

Mr. Erdberg has over 20 years of experience as a C- Level technology executive, having led recent NASDAQ listings in the Drone, 5G, and SatCom sectors where he led organizations in executive capacities including as CEO, President and COO. As Chairman and CEO of Safe Pro Group Inc., he has assembled the Company, led strategy, built a highly experienced team of leaders and advisors, spear headed the acquisition and development of the Company’s multiple operating units and successfully raised over $50 million in initial growth capital. Throughout his career, Mr. Erdberg has been involved in the operation of companies involved in various sectors of technology including software development, telecommunications, wireless networking, and unmanned aerial systems. As the founder and leader of multiple public and private enterprises, he has built organizations from inception that included experience with an array of technologies and has successfully conducted business with government, military, and commercial entities.

Pravin Borkar

CTO and Director (Founder & President, Safe-Pro USA)

Mr. Bokar has over 30 years’ experience in the design, engineering and manufacturing of bullet and blast resistant personal protection equipment for the U.S. DoD. Pravin has been responsible for the development and manufacture of body armor plates for military personnel as well as ballistic protection armor systems for Blackhawk, Chinook and CH-53 transport helicopters for the U.S. Army, Marines and Air Force. Mr. Bokar was the recipient of several awards and commendations. At Safe Pro USA, he has been responsible for the development of over 50 different bullet and blast resistant products. Mr. Borkar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Composites and Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

John E. Miller

Lieutenant General, US Army (Retired), Director

LTG Miller is a decorated combat veteran who has served over 34 years in the US Army, most recently as the Deputy Commanding General of the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Army’s first digitized command and control system in a combat brigade. He is a former commander of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). LTG Miller also had multiple assignments at the US Army Command and General Staff College where help positions from Tactics Instructor to Commandant. While Commandant, he was concurrently responsible for 11 other Army Schools that provide tactical training and education for Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers. After his retirement from active duty, LTG Miller served as a Divisional President for L-3 Communication providing linguist, intelligence analyst and technical support for deployed forces in 13 countries as well as regional Vice President for Oracle Corporation’s Public Sector Division.

Lee Van Arsdale

Colonel, US Army (Retired), Director

Colonel (Ret.) Lee Van Arsdale is a distinguished member of the U.S. armed forces serving for over 25 years in the Army including multiple tours of duty with the Special Forces and Special Missions unit. He has been decorated for valor with the Silver Star and received a Purple Heart. After his retirement from active duty, Col. Van Arsdale was a senior business executive and entrepreneurial leader, serving in positions including as Chief Executive Officer of Triple Canopy Inc. (a Constellis company), an integrated security solutions company, and as the Chief Executive Officer of Creative Radicals, a data analytics software solutions company. Col. Van Arsdale was also the Assistant General Manager for National Security Response at the Bechtel Nevada Corporation; the founder and president of Unconventional Solutions, Inc., a private consulting firm, and was the founding Executive Director of the University of Nevada Las Vegas Institute for Security Studies. Col. Van Arsdale received the Excellence in Writing Award from the Army War College Foundation for a paper entitled “The Use of Special Operations Forces in the Counter-proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction” and is a recipient of the Combat infantryman’s Badge, Master Paratrooper Wings, Master Military Freefall Wings, Air Assault Wings, Ranger tab, and Special Forces tab in addition to the Silver Star and Purple Heart.

Arthur T. Dean

Major General, US Army (Retired), Director

General (Ret.) Dean has over 31 years of outstanding military service with the U.S. Army and 22 years of executive leadership experience. General Dean was the U.S. Army’s Director of Military Personnel Management. As a senior human resource official, he oversaw an annual budget of $21 billion for the U.S. Army military and civilian workforce components. He also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel & Installation Management at the U.S. Army Forces Command, the Department of Defense’s largest field organization. He is a combat veteran, serving in Vietnam and Desert Storm, and a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger and Airborne schools. Most recently, General Dean led the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (“CADCA”) as the Chairman and CEO advising domestic policy makers across five presidential administrations. CADCA represents nearly 6,000 community coalitions from key sectors including education, law enforcement, healthcare, media, tribal communities, and others to prevent substance use and misuse across the nation and in 30 international countries. General Dean is a recipient of numerous U.S. Army awards, including two Distinguished Service Medals, the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America National Leadership Award, The National Prevention Network (“NPN”) Lifetime Achievement Award, U.S. Army War College Outstanding Alumnus Award, Adjutant General Corps Hall of Fame, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism’s (“NIAAA”) Senator Harold Hughes Memorial Award, and the National Conference on Citizenship Prestigious Franklin Award for Citizen of the Year.

Christopher Todd

President (Founder, Airborne Response)

Mr. Todd is the founder of Airborne Response and President of the Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) Florida Chapter. As a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM®) and FAA-certified Remote Pilot, he excels at leading complex industrial, critical infrastructure, and disaster response flight missions. Mr. Todd serves as a member of the Florida Region 7 All-Hazards Incident Management Team (FL-AHIMT-7). He is also a member of the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), the Florida Emergency Preparedness Association (FEPA), the Airborne Public Safety Association (APSA), the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA), and InfraGard, the public-private partnership between U.S. industry and the FBI.

Jasper Baur

Lead Scientist (Co-Founder, Safe Pro AI)

Jasper Baur is the Co-founder and Lead Scientist of Safe Pro AI and President of the non-profit organization Demining Research Community. He is also a doctoral candidate at Columbia University studying remote sensing applied to explosive hazard mitigation ranging from detecting small anti-personnel landmines to monitoring Alaskan volcanoes. He has received numerous awards for his work in landmine detection including being the first undergraduate to receive the American Geophysical Union’s David Miller Young Scientist scholarship in 2018, recipient of the Barry Goldwater Scholarship in 2019, and the National Science Foundation’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program in 2020. He is an FAA 107 certified UAS remote pilot and has months of fieldwork experience in remote environments.

Gabriel Steinberg

Lead Software & AI Engineer (Co-Founder, Safe Pro AI)

Gabriel Steinberg is the Co-founder, Lead Software and AI Engineer at Safe Pro AI and also Co-Founder and Vice-President of the non-profit organization Demining Research Community. His main research interest is in computer vision with the goal of detecting scatterable landmines and UXO in post-conflict nations. He has published and presented his research at several remote sensing and humanitarian mine action journals and conferences. He has worked in state-of-the-art AI research teams in premier universities focusing on data science and machine learning applications in bioinformatics, passive bioacoustic monitoring, and large-scale software agent simulations.

Jonathan Leinwand, Esq.

General Counsel & Secretary

Mr. Leinwand has over 25 years of legal experience in Securities, Banking and Corporate law specializing in SEC reporting, Public Company Governance, Compliance and advising public and private companies. Mr. Leinwand earned his law degree (juris doctor) from the University of Miami School of Law in 1995. Mr. Leinwand first worked for Andrew Hall & Associates in Miami practicing in the area of complex commercial litigation. In 1996 he began his own practice concentrating on private placements, reporting under Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and acted as outside counsel on behalf of public companies traded on OTC Bulletin Board, OTC Markets, NASDAQ and American Stock Exchange as well as other corporate consulting work. Mr. Leinwand acts as “in-house” counsel for publicly traded companies handling corporate and securities issues, managing outside counsel, and advising on capital markets and fund raising. He also advises investors and broker-dealers on PIPES and compliance issues related to private placements and restricted securities. Mr. Leinwand has also brought several companies public through reverse mergers and S-1 registration statements and has served on corporate boards and as an executive in a public company. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Southern District of Florida.

Reginald Brown

Director of Worldwide Sales

For more than 40 years, Mr. Brown has been a visionary and customer-centric executive leader with a proven ability to be inspirational and transformational for various major corporate and public sector operations while serving in C-Level capacities. Mr. Brown’s experience includes serving in high-level executive sales, marketing, and management roles across the public sector including serving as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense in the Pentagon. He is highly valued for his expertise in interpreting organizational vision and strategy, translating objectives into actionable plans, providing decisive leadership to multi-functional staff and has served as a member of multiple corporate boards.

Thomas Bass


Over 15 years of accounting experience working across several different industries including entertainment, real estate, healthcare, and transportation. Mr. Bass has extensive knowledge in the administration of accounting systems and policies for start-up companies. He started his career in the financial services industry holding several sales and compliance related positions with regional investment banking firms.

Freddy Lee Polk

Director of Operations, Ukraine

As an Officer in the US Army for sixteen years, he has served as an infantry company commander, assistant professor USMA (West Point), and a joint staff officer for policy, strategy, and planning. His research studies and reports have been published by the US Army, The United Nations and the SDC and he has given expert testimony, presentations, and lectures at multiple domestic and international events on topics including responding to humanitarian emergencies and disaster response. Mr. Polk is a leader and expert in the development of business operations and training programs designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public and private sector organizations. Freddy is currently the President Emeritus and CEO of Iron Tree Research, Inc., a research firm he founded dedicated to helping clients analyze complex operations and business operating environments where he designed simulations and analytic tools to facilitate planning and decision-making. Earlier, Mr. Polk led multiple missions in natural disasters and conflict-driven crises including Afghanistan, Indian Ocean Earthquake and Tsunami, Sudan and Haiti as a Senior humanitarian Advisor for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) & UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA).

Carl E. Case

Director of Humanitarian Demining

Mr. Case served in the US Army for over 26 years, holding positions in planning, directing, and advising military operations. His final assignment was as advisor to the Organization of American States (OAS) Program of Comprehensive Action Against Antipersonnel Mines. Over the next two decades with the OAS, he served as senior operations specialist in its demining program and ultimately as the Director of the Office of Humanitarian Mine Action, where he supported and directed a multi-lateral effort to end the threat of landmines and unexploded munitions in the Americas. During his tenure at the OAS, he also established the Assistance Program for Control of Arms and Munitions, a regional effort that trained hundreds of military and police personnel from the Americas on the safe handling and disposal of unexploded and unsafe munitions. Mr. Case worked with the U.S. Department of State Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement as the senior advisor for conventional weapons destruction in Iraq.

Serjio Guzman

Director of Contract Operations

Over 28 years of Federal contracting experience and is a highly qualified Federal Acquisition subject matter expert whose career includes serving as the Director of Acquisition and Chief of the Contracting Office of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering & Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) in Pt. Hueneme, CA., as the global Director of Acquisition Community & Policy for NAVFAC HQTRs. He held a Level III Warranted Contracting Officer and was Certified Level III under Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act and a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps since 2000.

Francis (Pancho) Kinney

Director, Strategic Partnerships

Pancho has over 40 years of experience leading military, government, and private sector organizations. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel, serving as an infantry officer and strategic planner, and completing multiple foreign tours. He was a member of the Federal Government’s Senior Executive Service and was assigned as a strategic planner to the White House Office of Homeland Security and the White House Drug Policy Office. Pancho was part of the leadership team that established the new Department of Homeland Security in 2003. In the private sector, Pancho has served as strategist and business developer for companies focused on developing technology solutions for security missions. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) and Columbia University’s graduate School of International and Public Affairs.

Anthony W. Brinkley

Lieutenant Commander, US Navy (Retired) Explosive Ordnance Disposal Advisor

Mr. Brinkley has over 34 years of experience in the Unexploded Ordnance Disposal (UXO) industry as a subject matter expert and consultant. He previously served in the US Navy for 25 years as a Salvage Diver, Salvage Diving Officer, and Special Operations/Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer for the 3rd, 5th and 7th Fleets, performing and coordinating IED, mine and UXO clearance, as well as humanitarian assistance and bomb disposal training for Iraqi military units. Since his retirement from the US Navy, for more than 9 years, Mr. Brinkley has continued to support the EOD community by conducting and overseeing hundreds of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) removal projects. He currently supports the US Marine Corps buildup in the Pacific region as Vice President of Pacific Rim Services.

Hector J. Delgado

US Navy (Retired), Senior Ballistics Advisor

Lieutenant Commander Delgado is a US Navy SEAL with active and reserve service for over 28 years. He served with SEAL Team TWO, THREE, FOUR, EIGHTEEN, Special Operations Command Central and South and received a Combat “V“ Navy Commendation Medal. He is a retired Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Over the past 15 years, Mr. Delgado has conducted Active Shooter Response Training seminars around the country and is recognized as an expert in the field. Mr. Delgado is also a successful entrepreneur and is co-founder of ASR Alert Systems, a newly developed technology designed to drastically enhance response time of law enforcement and victims in an active shooter event.
